At CRISBOR we take care of every detail, from the design of our products to the way they reach your hands.

1. Shipping zones

We currently ship to:

  • Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands)
  • Europe
    For shipping to other regions or countries, please contact us in advance.

2. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Spain (mainland): 24-72 business hours
  • Balearic Islands: 48-96 business hours
  • Europe: 3-7 business days

Delivery times may vary during periods of high demand, special launches or limited editions.

3. Shipping costs

  • Spain (mainland): flat rate shown at checkout
  • Europe: calculated automatically based on destination and order size

All costs are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Order processing

Orders are prepared within 24-48 business hours of payment confirmation. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

For personalised products or special editions, processing may take longer; this will be clearly indicated.

5. Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery at any time.

6. Delivery issues

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Is not delivered correctly
  • Is lost

please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at cris@crisbor.com, including your order number and, where applicable, photos of the package.

7. Incorrect address or recipient not available

CRISBOR is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • The recipient not being available at the time of delivery

In these cases, any reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
