Orders and shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands) and Europe. For other countries, please contact us before placing your order.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within 24-48 business hours of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times: Spain mainland 24-72 business hours, Balearic Islands 48-96 business hours, Europe 3-7 business days.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated and clearly shown at checkout, before you pay.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Returns and refunds

Can I return my sunglasses?
Yes. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?
Please contact us before sending anything back. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions. Items sent back without a prior return request cannot be accepted.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, with your order number and photos of the package, and we will make it right.

Our sunglasses

Do your sunglasses protect against UV rays?
Yes. All CRISBOR lenses offer UV400 protection, which blocks UVA and UVB rays.

Are your models unisex?
Most of our models are designed to be unisex. You can also browse our men's and women's selections.

What comes with my sunglasses?
Every pair comes with a CRISBOR case and cleaning cloth.

How should I care for them?
Clean the lenses with the cloth provided, avoid paper towels and harsh cleaning products, and keep your sunglasses in their case when you are not wearing them. Avoid leaving them in very hot places, such as on a car dashboard.
